This is for anyone who wants to learn more about the growing/processing part of the industry. We are focused on the farm so we are focused on providing training for those who want to connect at the farm level.
The simplest answer is that green coffee is unroasted coffee. In this course we will learn about all that coffee goes through to prepare it for roasting. We will also look at how to grade green coffee so you can identify defects and quality for making wise purchasing decisions.
This is a fun course that will take you to our coffee fields where we are processing coffee. You will learn about standard processing methods but also get some hands-on experience in trying some innovative methods to produce some truly unique flavor profiles.
